Steve joined Bradford Forest Inc. in October of 1995 assuming the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for Bradford Dimension Specialties.  In 1997, Steve was named Operations Manager for Bradford Dimension with the position of overseeing Marketing, Sales and Production.

His first objective at Bradford was to diversify the division's customer base using the species that grow in the area.

When he arrived at Bradford, 85% of the sales were directed into Europe in the species of White Oak.  Today, Bradford ships 80% of its products into the domestic market with the remaining 20% spread to customers in Europe and Canada.  Primarily, current production is in the species of Cherry and Hard Maple.

When not at work, Steve enjoys ice-skating and hockey in the winter and biking and golf in the summer.

Dianne joined Bradford Forest in 1988 in the capacity of Administrative Assistant. Her formal education is in the business field and her practical experience comes from a working partnership in Minter Management, Inc., a natural gas exploration and distribution company now located near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

When the Dimension division was created, her role included coordination of staff and office.  In time, her interaction with customers led to a more focused role in sales and customer service.  Dianne enjoys her personal contacts with customers in Canada and the United States east of the Mississippi and is editor of Bradford's quarterly newsletter, THE EDGE.

Dianne is active in her local community and is an Elder officer at her church. She is also co-moderator of her church's Evangelism committee and Human Resources committee. Favorite leisure activities include decorating, bridge and tennis.
